What you’ll do:
provide a courteous and visible presence while ensuring the safety of our campuspatrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concernsrespond to incidents professionally and with sound judgmentmaintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocolsmonitor and uphold all access, visitor and sign-in procedurescommunicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff and guestsassist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadershipsupport the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness
What you’ll bring:high school diploma or GED required valid and clear driver’s licensesuccessful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements previous security, safety or customer-facing experience preferred strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressurea service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting a safe, respectful environment
