Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to confirm that entry procedures are followed and directing residents and guests to the appropriate location when needed;
Support property management and/or site staff with routine security-related duties, including checking doors, gates, lighting conditions, and amenity areas during assigned patrols
