Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, public concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and/or public activity in accordance with site guidelines and reporting procedures;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed
