Security Officer Patrol Access Control Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe building activity, and assist with visitor and contractor interactions in support of established property protocols.;
Support day-to-day property operations by communicating clearly with tenants and staff, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, life-related, and/or security-related issues as needed.
