Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government facility by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify authorized access according to site procedures; and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by procedures;
Help maintain an orderly environment by providing directions, answering routine questions, and reporting maintenance, facility, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
