Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at an industrial distribution location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document entries, deliveries, and incidents according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
