Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry according to site procedures, and report unusual or unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation and reporting procedures;
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
