Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a chemical and petrochemical environment;
Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access control points, verify authorization for visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation;
Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, access issues, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
