Joash Ironworks is a Louisville-based fabrication and installation division of Joash Construction, Inc., serving commercial, municipal, and residential clients since 1999. We specialize in security doors, window guards, handrails/guardrails, and HVAC cages.

We are expanding our installation capacity and are seeking a dependable Driver / Installer to support daily field operations.

This is a field-based, hands-on position responsible for transporting fabricated materials and performing on-site installations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in clean installs, and values consistency and reliability.

This is not a welding or fabrication role — driving and installing are the focus.

• Safely transport ironwork materials to job sites using company vehicles
• Perform installation of:
• Security doors
• Window guards
• Handrails and guardrails
• HVAC cages
• Assist with on-site measurements and minor adjustments
• Load, unload, and secure materials properly
• Communicate clearly with office staff regarding job status
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and tools
• Follow safety procedures and job site requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with installation, construction, or skilled trades preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Physically able to lift materials and work on job sites
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently or with a small crew

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
