We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Technician to help play an important part in our growth.
PurposeTo perform routine maintenance repairs and facilities cleanliness
SummaryThe Maintenance & Facilities Technician plays a critical role in keeping the facilities clean, organized, and operational. This position combines janitorial responsibilities with routine maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Duties Critical to Success- Daily inspections of facilities
- Perform daily trash pickup throughout the complex
- Minor drywall, electrical, plumbing and lighting repairs as needed
- Ensure breakrooms, offices and bathrooms are clean and tidy
- Exterior of buildings are free of trash and debris
- Interior and exterior doors are functional, clean and clear
- Floors are free of trip hazards and spills
- Walkways, stairs and emergency exits are clean, clear and unobstructed
- Identifies potentially problematic issues and repairs or reports to Maintenance Lead
- Helps with van fabrication as needed
- Execute ad hoc business requests as needed
Skills and Abilities

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and properly
- Can add, divide, multiply, and subtract fractions
- Knowledgeable of Google Workplace
- Physically able to perform job duties
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Problem solving
- Complete daily facilities inspection sheet
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
- Must meet deadlines and quotas proficiently
- Identifies and resolves problems quickly and effectively
- Stays in contact with Facilities and Maintenance Lead.
- Provides the highest quality of work on a daily basis.

- Basic math and computer skills
- Carpentry, masonry, high voltage electric, plumbing, demolition, drywall, framing, flooring, HVAC, roofing, general equipment maintenance, forklift operation and landscaping.
