What You'll Work On No two days are the same. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment that keeps our manufacturing operation running efficiently and safely. You'll work on:

• Industrial pumps
• Electric motors
• Gearboxes
• Process heaters
• Chillers
• Pneumatic systems
• Hydraulic systems
• Mechanical equipment
• Valves
• Conveying equipment
• Manufacturing support systems

What You'll Do Every day you'll have opportunities to:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Repair pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and process equipment
• Install new machinery and equipment
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams
• Help improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

Your work directly impacts production success.

• Industrial Maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience using hand and power tools
• A safety-first mindset
• Experience with the following is a plus:
• PLC troubleshooting
• Welding
• Millwright work
• Forklifts
• Scissor lifts
• Boom lifts
• Industrial controls
• CMMS/EAM systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical School, Industrial Maintenance Certificate, or Military Maintenance experience preferred
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Manufacturing maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Military veterans and experienced mechanics are encouraged to apply.
