What You Will Do

Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. Provide customers with the highest level of service, solve facility inefficiencies, and resolve service‑related items. Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions at commissioning and aftermarket service, including upselling opportunities and quoting.

• Support the fast‑growing HVAC business in North America.
• Travel 10–20% as required to support branch customers.
• Pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Provide quotes and participate in JCI’s Service Plus Rewards program.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial HVAC mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with rooftop units, pumps, fans, boilers, compressors, plumbing.
• Mechanical shaft alignment and vibration equipment troubleshooting.
• Dedicated member of a North America branch team, willing to learn and be responsible for system troubleshooting.
• Self‑starter with a passion to learn and apply on the job.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and a valid driver’s license.

• Hourly rate of $42.90 plus pay range negotiation based on skillset.
