Commercial Parts & Service (CPS) is looking for a Service Technician to provide exceptional technical service, solve problems in the field, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is not just a repair role. As a CPS Service Technician, you will represent our company directly with customers, diagnose complex equipment issues, complete repairs correctly the first time, and help customers make informed decisions about their equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment independently or with a team
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to identify issues before equipment failures occur
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Provide accurate equipment assessments and support repair versus replacement recommendations
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide solutions with honesty and integrity
• Complete detailed service documentation and work orders
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety procedures and best practices

• Experience servicing commercial food equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, gas, or mechanical systems
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work independently while managing daily service responsibilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, twist, and perform physical tasks required for field service
• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Certifications or licenses in refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, gas, or steam systems
• Experience working in a customer-facing technical service role
