- Install,inspect,test,andservicecommercialfirealarmsystemsperNFPA,manufacturer,andlocalcodestandards
- Readandinterpretblueprints,specifications,andtechnicaldocumentsrelatedtofirealarmsystems
- Programfirealarmcontrolpanelsanddevices(Honeywell,Notifier,Silent Knight,EST,Siemens,etc.)
- Troubleshootandrepairfirealarmsystemcomponentsandensurefullsystemfunctionality
- Installandrouteconduitandcableforsysteminfrastructure
- Coordinatewithgeneralcontractorsandprojectmanagerstomeetprojecttimelinesandsafetystandards
- Completedailyandproject-baseddocumentationaccurately,includinginspectionreportsandas-built drawings
Qualities:

Required Experience and Skills :
- 5+yearsofexperienceinstallingandservicingcommercialfirealarmsystems
- WorkingknowledgeofNFPAcodes,localfirecodes,andapplicableindustrystandards
- Familiarwithvariousfirealarmsystemsandcontrolpanels(Honeywell,EST,Notifier,etc.)
- Proficientinreadingwiringdiagramsandtechnicalschematics
- Comfortableworkingatheights,onlifts,andusinghand/power tools
- Possessavaliddriver'slicenseandabilitytopassbackgroundanddrugscreenings
