Maintenance Person

Must have experience in Industrial Maintenance including: 5-7 years' experience in Industrial Electronics, Electricity (480 volts), Pneumatics, Schematics and Blueprints, Hydraulics, Programmable Ladder Logic, Variable Frequency Drive, and Welding.

Function in the Job:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Essential Functions:

• Perform job duties in a safe manner.
• Trouble shoot and repair all pieces of equipment in the plant including cranes. Mechanical Abilities to include Electric Motor, Gearbox Bearing, Bearing Replacement, and repair.
• Read Blueprints/Schematics of equipment and building.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.

Non
- Essential Functions:

• Fabricate parts for equipment.
• Communicate with vendors when troubleshooting equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor as necessary to complete the shift.

Required Skills:

5-7 years' experience in Industrial Electronics, Electricity (480 volts), Pneumatics, Schematics and Blueprints, Hydraulics, Programmable Ladder Logic, Variable Frequency Drive, and Welding.
