HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Inspect, clean, and service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Check system performance, refrigerant levels, and electrical components
• Replace filters and basic parts as needed to maintain system efficiency
• Troubleshoot common HVAC issues and recommend repair solutions
• Document findings, maintenance actions, and parts used in service software
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system condition and options
• Follow all safety procedures and protect customers' homes and property
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch to manage daily schedule
