Artemis Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Master Electrician to step into an Electrical Project Manager role with the opportunity to help lead and grow an established electrical division.

If you're a licensed Master Electrician who enjoys estimating projects, leading teams, managing operations, and mentoring electricians—but still likes staying connected to the field—this is an outstanding opportunity to take the next step in your career.

This isn't a traditional field electrician position. It's a leadership role where you'll oversee projects from estimating through completion while helping shape the future of a growing electrical division.

• Lead, mentor, and develop electricians, helpers, and apprentices
• Estimate residential and commercial electrical projects
• Manage project schedules, staffing, and field operations
• Review blueprints, perform takeoffs, and oversee job planning
• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and profitability
• Provide technical guidance on NEC code compliance and complex field challenges
• Partner directly with ownership to help grow and strengthen the electrical division

• Strong residential and/or commercial electrical experience
• Electrical project management and estimating experience
• Experience leading field crews and managing projects
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Job costing and profitability experience
• Employee development or recruiting experience
• Previous electrical operations or leadership experience

$90,000–$105,000 annual salary
