Commercial & Industrial Plumber

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $40.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time

Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring an experienced Commercial & Industrial Plumber for a full-time position in Louisville, KY. This position involves commercial and industrial new construction, service, maintenance, and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems on new construction projects.
• Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing plumbing systems.
• Install water, waste, vent, storm, and gas piping.
• Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of commercial and/or industrial plumbing experience.
• Experience with commercial new construction and service work.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Backflow certification.
• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or institutional facilities.
• Experience operating aerial lifts or similar equipment.
