Ventana Apartments in Louisville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our experienced and friendly team. If you have HVAC experience and a passion for keeping properties running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

- Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
- Complete resident service requests and emergency on-call duties
- Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- HVAC experience required; EPA certification preferred
- Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and walk property regularly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
