Responsibilities- Construct and wire intricate electrical control panels by precisely following engineering schematics and technical blueprints.
- Validate system integrity through rigorous quality inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and performance benchmarks.
- Partner with engineering teams to diagnose and rectify wiring or component challenges during the assembly phase.
- Optimize production workflows by maintaining a highly organized and efficient workspace.
- Document technical assembly steps to ensure consistent quality and accurate project tracking.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to support the integration of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial panel building or electrical assembly.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Competency in the safe operation of standard hand and power tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems.
- Technical degree or certification in electrical or industrial technology.
- Prior experience working with PLC hardware and industrial automation components.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
