Express Employment is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a Realty Company in Louisville, KY. If you have a Certification in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical this is the job for you.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC components (motors, capacitors, thermostats, contractors).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues: breakers, lighting, receptacles, motors, VFDs.
- Repair plumbing fixtures: faucets, valves, drains, toilets, water heaters.
- Complete carpentry tasks: drywall patching, door adjustments, window repairs.
- Maintain fire alarms, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and exit signs.
- Ensure operations meet OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local building code requirements.
- Perform refrigerant handling per EPA 608 regulations.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Problem-solving and diagnostic ability
- Customer service and communication
- Time-management and organization
- Ability to use tools, meters, and BAS/EMS systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational training or on-the-job training
