Wood Framers

Baldur Development Group is seeking Wood Framers to join our onsite team in Louisville, KY.

As a Wood Framer, you will help bring building plans to life by framing structures accurately, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a crew to install and align wood framing components while maintaining quality standards throughout each stage of construction.

This role is ideal for hands-on professionals who take pride in precision work, understand jobsite safety expectations, and can follow drawings and specifications to deliver reliable results.

• Frame building components according to blueprints, plans, and specifications, ensuring correct measurements, spacing, and alignment.
• Assemble and install wood framing materials for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural elements.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality, making adjustments to correct issues before moving forward.
• Maintain jobsite safety by following safe work practices, proper tool handling procedures, and site rules.
• Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate material needs, workflow, and problem-solving in real time.

• Experience performing wood framing work on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and basic layout requirements.
• Strong measurement skills and attention to detail to ensure framing accuracy.
• Willingness to work onsite full time and perform physically demanding work in varying conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and safe use of framing tools and equipment.

• Experience framing residential or commercial structures.
• Familiarity with common framing methods and quality standards.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
• Experience using standard framing tools and equipment efficiently and safely.

Hourly rate: $17.00 - $25.00
