Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Temporary Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operational efficiency of our climate-controlled warehouse facility. This hands-on role involves performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all operations. Execute general building 'fixes' including painting, minor carpentry, and fixture blade changeouts. Perform basic plumbing tasks and minor electrical repairs.

Assist with the installation, movement, and modification of warehouse racking systems. Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks. Familiarity with general construction practices, such as racking installation/movement, is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Capable of repetitive lifting of up to 25 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift. Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Ability to perform physical activities including bending, squatting, and twisting regularly. Warehouse casual attire. Closed-toed shoes are required for safety.
