Essential Duties
Essentialdutiesandresponsibilitiesincludethefollowing.

- Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforcomplexcommissioning,troubleshooting,repairing,andstartingupHVACsystemsinacommercialenvironment
- Thisroleistheprimaryserviceandmaintenancecontactforcustomersinadefinedmarketwithadiversecommercialbaseincluding Healthcare,Process Manufacturing Facilities ,Education Institutions,andOffice Complexes
- Inordertoperformyourtask,youwillutilizeyourknowledgeofairconditioningtheory,pipe fitting,andmechanicallayouts
- Responsibleforend-to-end testing,downloadingprogramming,startingup,commissioning,andservicingonassignedprojects
- Representsthecompanybyservingasthedirectcustomercontactandisresponsibleforservicingproductsandequipmentonassignedprojects,ensuringcustomersatisfactionbyidentifying,examining,diagnosingandrepairingequipmentandsystemsatcustomer’slocation
- Coordinateswithteamleader/projectmanagerandcustomertopreciselyunderstandrequirementsforallon-siteinstallationandrepairsbyforecastingissues,gatheringmaterialsandsynchronizingon-sitework
- Usescuttingedgesoftwareandtechnology,alongwithavarietyofhand-tools,followingblueprintsorengineeringspecifications,todiagnoseandrepairunits
- Continuallyenforcessafetytothehigheststandardsandmaintainssecurityandaccountabilityofcompanyissuedandprocuredassetsbyrecordinguse,wearandconditions
- Displayteameffortanddedicationtocustomerbymaintainingflexibilitytoworkovertimeandweekendsasthebusinessrequires,includingoccasionalovernightstays
- Occasionallyliftand/ormovemorethan
40lbs
Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbeabletoperformeachessentialdutysatisfactorily.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Journeymanlicensecertification
- EPA Certification
- Possessionofvaliddriver’slicensewithagoodrecordofdriving
- High School Diploma ,GED,or equivalent
