SAFY of America in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Full-time Case Manager I to support the High Fidelity Wraparound program. The role focuses on providing in‑home services to families whose children are at risk of removal, with a typical caseload of 10–12 families across the week.
You will travel to families’ homes, coordinate with the youth’s treatment team, and document services in the electronic records system. Hours are generally 9am–6pm, with occasional evenings as needed.
