Volunteers of America Mid-States in Louisville, KY is seeking an Income Maximization Case Manager to help Veterans secure income, benefits, and stable housing. You will assess needs, connect to resources, and advocate for participants while coordinating with VA centers and community providers.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field (or equivalent experience), up to 70% travel, and completion of SOAR training within 90 days.
