Senior MuleSoft Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mule Soft Developer to join our integration team.

This role involves designing, developing, and managing APIs and integrations using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Mule Soft development, hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, and a strong background in cloud-based integration solutions.

The position also requires technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Design and implement scalable APIs and integrations using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4 preferred).
• Develop and maintain API specifications using RAML/OpenAPI standards.
• Collaborate with architects, Salesforce developers, and business analysts to define integration requirements.
• Integrate Mule Soft applications with Salesforce and other cloud/on-premise systems using APIs and connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Optimize performance of Mule Soft flows and APIs through best practices and tuning.
• Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines for Mule Soft deployments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise integration standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on integration technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mule Soft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4 preferred).
• 4+ years of experience integrating with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, data synchronization, and event-driven flows.
• 4+ years of experience with API design using RAML or OpenAPI.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud integration environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• 3+ years of experience in debugging and performance optimization of integration flows.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, Data Weave transformations, and exception handling in Mule Soft.

• Experience with Salesforce Event Bus, Platform Events, or Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, and API security best practices.
• Familiarity with Mule Soft Cloud Hub, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Monitoring.
• Exposure to enterprise messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS, or AMQP.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
