Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Applications Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative software engineering team. About the Role:

As a Senior Applications Developer, you will be working on medium to complex agile projects, participating in the full software development life cycle. You’ll collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, Dev Ops engineers, and vendors to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive implementation in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using C#/.NET.
• Contribute to software architecture, coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in product strategy sessions and help define technical architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, story grooming, and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and development trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including QA, Dev Ops, deployment, and support teams throughout the software development life cycle.
• Author and manage detailed technical and functional documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and modern development frameworks.
• Proficient in database design and development, preferably with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
