Codeworks is seeking a mid- to senior-level Appian & .NET Developer to join our client’s PWM ACES team. You will be a key contributor to a major initiative built on the Appian platform. Following the initial project launch, your responsibilities will expand into API development, Power Platform integration, Dataverse, C#, and contributions that integrate with the client's Dynamics environment.

This role is hybrid on site in Louisville, KY - not open to relocation candidates at this time.

• Contribute to the development of the client's initiative on the Appian platform
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to build scalable, efficient application solutions
• Develop features leveraging APIs, Power Platform, Dataverse, and C#
• Participate in full-stack development activities, including integrations and UI components
• Support configuration and enhancement efforts within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, pair programming, and code reviews
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues with a proactive, analytical approach
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual or repetitive work

• .NET Generalist with strong proficiency in writing and consuming web services
• Experience in Appian development (SAIL, Process Modeler, Records, Reports)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
• Skilled in Appian integration (Web APIs, Connected Systems)
• Experience with SQL, React, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Background in Java or another object‑oriented programming language
• Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code platforms
• Knowledge of SSRS, MVC, CA Autosys
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with Entity Framework or other ORMs
• Strong communicator and collaborative team member
• Comfortable with pair programming and code reviews
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to debugging and issue resolution
• Focused on automation and continuous improvement
• Motivated by incremental progress and process enhancements
• Adaptable and experienced working in Agile environments

Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $55 and $75. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable. All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s benefits plan.
