Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer to design and build customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will focus on creating highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura. You will work closely with business analysts and Salesforce Architects to deliver features that enhance user productivity and business operations.

Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Salesforce Lightning (LWC and Aura).

Write robust, efficient, and secure Apex code (Controllers, Triggers, Batch processing).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces.

Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems and external APIs.

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Salesforce applications.

Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions.

Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on the Lightning framework.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
  • 3+ years experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce deployment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Salesforce design patterns and governor limits.
