Support clients’ ITP portfolio by leading a healthcare modernization and platform‑consolidation workstream. We are seeking a Mobile Developer to build, test, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. This role will work across the development lifecycle to deliver secure, performant, and user‑friendly mobile experiences. The work requires strong healthcare domain delivery experience (payer/provider operations preferred).
Responsibilities- Design and develop mobile applications using React Native or similar technologies.
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs, authentication services, and enterprise back‑end systems.
- Optimize application performance, usability, responsiveness, and device compatibility.
- Support defect resolution, release management, and post‑production enhancements.
- Collaborate with UX, QA, product, and engineering teams throughout delivery.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and mobile development best practices.
- Work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
- Build and sustain professional relationships.
- Lead projects or work streams.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Meet deadlines and provide clear guidance to others.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement work streams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes, including implementing leading‑practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in native or cross‑platform mobile application development.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, API integration, and app deployment processes.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging mobile applications.
- Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience with both iOS and Android development.
- Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and performance optimization.
- Exposure to Agile delivery and cloud‑connected mobile apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
