Job Description
As a senior technical leader within the Engineering AI Enablement organization, you will guide strategy and architecture for AI developer tools and products, focusing on platform engineering, AI enablement, and enterprise software delivery to advance Humana's technology ecosystem with generative AI, automation, and agents.

Responsibilities- Lead platform engineering efforts for advanced AI developer tools and capabilities.
- Architect and lead end-to-end solutions integrating AI, automation, and agents.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and product owners to mature use cases and define technical requirements.
- Provide expertise in full-stack engineering (e.g., .NET, Python, React/Angular).
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation).
- Provide technical strategy for Enterprise AI Chatbot product development.
- Mentor engineering staff and promote a culture of innovation.
- Educate teams on AI technologies and best practices.
- Ensure code quality, artifact management, and security for AI platforms.
- Support rapid prototyping and strategic planning.
- Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in principal or architect-level roles delivering enterprise-scale AI and full-stack solutions.
- Expertise in platform engineering for developer tools, AI enablement, and complex software delivery pipelines.
- Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and platforms like Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Artifactory, and Sonar Qube.
- Track record of collaborating across teams to bring AI solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Master's degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Experience architecting and delivering AI-powered products and developer platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with prompt engineering, large language models, and latest AI trends.
- Familiarity with Git Ops, rapid prototyping, and managing operational processes for large-scale internal customers.

$156,600 - $215,400 per year (full-time, 40 hours/week). Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
