  • Identifies and drives continuous improvement opportunities across technical standards, tools, and delivery methodologies.
  • Contributes hands‑on to development activities, producing well‑structured, maintainable code supported by automated testing and modern development practices.
  • Enhances team productivity through collaboration, reuse of frameworks, and adoption of scalable engineering patterns and tooling.
  • Ensures compliance with IT and Information Security policies, validating that deliverables meet required standards and contributing to ongoing policy enhancements.
  • Applies broad understanding of business functions (front, middle, and back office) and external partners to design solutions that enable efficient, controlled business processes.
  • Participates in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of hands‑on development.

  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including Supergraph/federation patterns.
  • Develop event‑driven systems using Kafka Streams.
  • Integrate with enterprise data platforms (Attunity, Qlik, DB2).
