Embedded Software Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Embedded Software Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Louisville KY . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the C++

Rate Range: $30/hour to $35/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Will be assigned to either Laundry or Refrig team. (depending on personal fit). Embedded (SW embedded onto PCB) applications used in appliances.

Testing the embedded SW that is layered onto the PCBs for the operational functions of the appliance. So exposure / familiarity with electronics -- ability to read schematics is needed.

Experience -> none, QA or developer. Previous experience isn’t always a great indication of how well someone _can_ do.

Duties involve QA SW testing for Embedded SW. Testing SW Code on platforms such as C, C++, Python and Java. Embedded is the SW that is embedded / coded onto the PCB for on-panel controls.
