What Rede App is today, in three parts:

• A communication system of record. Five purpose-built communication types, read accountability on by default, signal where the work happens — not channel sprawl.
• Shelbe.ai — our agentic AI layer. Trained on the customer’s documents, not the internet. It answers questions, runs guided workflows, and reaches into the existing HCM, EHS, and scheduling stack so frontline workers stop app-switching and start doing.
• An enterprise control plane. SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, SSO, Auto Sync, Rede Key identity — the foundation any regulated industry can build on from day one.

This is a full-time, on-site in Louisville, KY or remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize intelligent systems and algorithms to enhance Rede App’s platform capabilities. Daily tasks include working on pattern recognition, developing neural networks, implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software integration. The candidate will also contribute to new AI-driven features that advance Rede App’s Agentic OS for Mobile Work.
