We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Golf Course Superintendent to join our team.

The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, management, and overall condition of the golf course, including the greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaping. The Superintendent will work closely with the General Manager and other staff to ensure the course remains in top condition, contributing to a positive experience for golfers.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the golf course, ensuring optimal playing conditions.
• Manage and supervise the golf course maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement agronomic programs (fertilization, irrigation, pest management) to maintain turf health and course aesthetics.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of irrigation systems and other infrastructure.
• Monitor weather patterns and adjust maintenance schedules accordingly.
• Work within the budget for maintenance operations, tracking expenses and recommending improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental and safety standards.
• Coordinate and work with course management on event preparations, course closures, and maintenance windows.
• Conduct regular inspections of the course to ensure high-quality standards for playability and safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in a similar setting.
