Key responsibilities include coaching student-athletes, identifying and recruiting talents, and ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Administration or a related field, two years of coaching experience, and a thorough understanding of NCAA rules.

Video editing skills are a plus, as is previous experience in collegiate soccer.
