* provide safe, timely and courteous off-campus transportation for residents
* help create a comfortable and positive transportation experience for every resident
* follow all local, state and federal driving requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to resident safety
* assist with keeping transportation vehicles clean and ready for resident use
* communicate professionally with residents, guests and team members
* manage multiple needs and changing priorities while maintaining dependable service
* provide exceptional customer service throughout each resident interaction
* assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community## What you'll bring
* high school diploma or GED
* at least 21 years of age
* valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* previous experience in a customer service environment
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and dependable
* strong attention to detail and commitment to safe driving
* warm, courteous and resident-focused approach
* interest in working with and serving older adults
