We are seeking an energetic and personable Trolley Driver and Tour Guide to lead engaging tours while safely operating our trolley vehicles. • Safely operate trolley vehicles along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Conduct informative and lively guided tours, sharing historical facts, fun anecdotes, and key site details
• Engage with visitors of diverse backgrounds using excellent communication skills, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage timing effectively to keep tours on schedule while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable pace for guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and resolving any guest concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the trolley vehicle before, during, and after each tour
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, report maintenance issues, and improve overall visitor experience

• Strong public speaking abilities to deliver engaging narratives confidently in front of groups
• Leadership qualities to manage groups responsibly while maintaining a positive environment
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Effective time management to keep tours running smoothly and punctually
• Clear communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members
• Able to diagnose and repair minor to major problems with trolleys

• Must hold a valid CDL with a passenger endorsement
• No air brake restriction endorsement is a major plus
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
