Job Title: Warehouse / Operations Associate

Location: Independence, Ohio

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Operations Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling coirloc bags, lockers, and trailers, managing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble coirloc bags, lockers, and trailers according to company standards
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a tow motor (forklift) to move materials and products
• Assist with inventory control, counting, and organization
• Maintain accurate records using company computer systems
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Make deliveries using company vehicles (if hired on and authorized)

• Resume required to be considered
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift/tow motor experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
