• Cross‑train to perform daily activities across receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments, including operating mechanical order pickers, pallet jacks, unloading shipments, scanning products into inventory software, picking, weighing, labeling, and reporting schedules.
• Support returns, media and content video shoots, employee purchases, and rider support to prevent mis‑shipments.
• Conduct cycle‑count audits, reconcile reports, identify discrepancies, monitor on‑time deliveries, and examine products for damage throughout the pick/pack/ship workflow.
• Analyze issues, root cause, and propose process improvements.
• Communicate findings and ideas to leadership; participate in continuous process improvement.

• Self‑motivated, fast‑paced, and driven to achieve 110% performance.
• Tech savvy with familiarity in RFID scanners, kiosk laptops, and touchscreen handheld devices.
• Must be eligible for work in the United States and able to fill out an I‑9 form; sponsorship not available.

Not all shifts will have openings at all times; applicants will answer a question regarding availability to match open shifts that align with their schedule.
