Shipping & Receiving Operator
Location:
Louisville, KY 40258 (Premier warehouse facility)
$20.00/hour for 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
$21.00/hour for 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

Loading and unloading trailers using forklifts and electric pallet jacks while following strict safety procedures
Reading and following computerized work orders to determine product quantities and types for shipment
Locating and picking requested items within the warehouse, inspecting for damages, and reporting discrepancies
Packing, sealing, and labeling pallets for shipping using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment
Verifying shipments and maintaining precise inventory documentation through RF systems
Alerting leadership to product or material issues and assisting in resolution as directed
Helping clean and organize the warehouse at the end of your shift
Prior warehouse experience (preferred)
Skilled in operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast‑paced environment
Can identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Can work in temperatures as low as
-20°F and up to 100°F with provided PPEAble to lift at least 40 lbs. and possibly heavier weights as required
Shows reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility including weekend shifts if needed
Comfortable working in varying noise levels
