Inventory Control Clerk

Job Description

Inventory Control Clerk at Arvato is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and on‑time customer shipments. The role partners closely with warehouse and operations teams, using SAP and RF systems to support daily inventory control activities and drive continuous improvement.

• Use the RF system.
• Coordinate with control tower, inventory control and transportation teams to meet daily on‑time shipping performance targets.
• Monitor the SAP delivery monitor for orders and communicate late orders to team leads.
• Notify the Account Team of exceptions such as inbound damage or missing part numbers.
• Follow up on issues as needed.
• Work with local team to identify improvement areas and report daily efficiency.
• Track consumables inventory (boxes, packing slips, etc.) and create requisitions in SAP as required.
• Verify packaging process compliance with customer packaging specifications.
• Manage personnel professionally.
• Investigate picking issues using SAP.
• Assign cycle counts as required.
• Be flexible with shift hours as needed.

• At least one year of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel; experience creating worksheets and reporting data.
• Previous experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
