Employees have access to indoor and outdoor archery ranges as well as indoor pistol/rifle ranges. Range facilities vary per location, but usage is always free of charge regardless of primary work location.

Description
KGH Logistics is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you’ll operate a forklift to retrieve and stage orders, use warehouse scanners and computer systems to process inventory, and work closely with your teammates to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Whether you’re an experienced warehouse professional or just getting started, we welcome applicants of all experience levels‑we’re happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate a forklift safely to retrieve, move, and stage materials.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems to process inventory and shipments.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and HAZMAT requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse scanning systems.
- Knowledge of forklift operation is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities available (never mandatory)
