# Seasonal Warehouse Associate Louisville KY - Louisville, KY 40218## Overview Category Warehouse ## Description The Seasonal Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for all warehouse functions including unloading trucks, receiving & putting away inventory, picking & staging orders, and loading outbound trucks in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. You will operate warehouse equipment (forklift, tow motor, etc.)

and RF device throughout the day on each function.
** Assignment Duration:
** Able to start immediately, assignment will end in January 2027.

* Schedule:

** Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
** Pay:
** Starting at $19.50/hour; higher pay offered for candidates with relevant experience in Warehouse operations.
** Benefits:

** Responsibilities
* ** Safely inspect and operate forklift and other material handling equipment
* Unload and stage inventory off of trucks for receiving
* Verify packing slips from suppliers and compare to product unloaded
* Process receipts accurately using RF gun and computer
* Properly put away inventory into appropriate storage location
* Pick shipments accurately, secure, and stage in designated area
* Process LTL & Parcel shipments through shipping portals
* Keep records of completed receipts and shipments
* Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
* Manages inventory accuracy through inventory audits like empty locations, cycle counts, consolidation, and other audits.
* Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards## Qualifications
** Requirements
* ** Proven experience as an order picker, receiver, or other warehouse position
* Experience or license in operating forklifts, tow motors, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment
* Experience with RF devices
* Basic computer experience
* Able to read and write in English
* Great attention to detail
* Self-starter and motivated
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
** Physical Demands
*** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
* Operate a forklift
* Reaching, bending to count inventory
* Sit, walk or stand for up to 3-4 hours at a time
