Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and safely operating material‑handling equipment. This position helps ensure products are accurately handled, organized, and prepared for customers while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming products and materials.
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and warehouse requirements.
- Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate and properly labeled.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.
- Safely move, stage, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Previous experience operating a cherry picker, reach truck, or forklift
