Winston County Medical Foundation is seeking an RN/LPN to apply the nursing process in daily resident care in a Mississippi facility. You will assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, and work closely with physicians during rounds, exams, and treatments.
You will deliver medications using the MAR and Five Rights, maintain safety and cleanliness, participate in in-services, and document all care and events in resident records to ensure high-quality nursing practice.
