Oil​/Lube Technician

Pitt Stop 10 Minute Oil Changers is seeking an Oil Change/Lube Technician to deliver fast, safe, and high-quality vehicle maintenance in a customer-focused environment.

As an Oil Change/Lube Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance services with accuracy and care, ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and correctly. You’ll support a smooth customer experience by following established procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and communicating service needs professionally.

• Perform oil changes and other preventative maintenance services according to established procedures and vehicle requirements and factory scheduled maintenance intervals.

• Inspect vehicles for basic service needs and identify items that may require additional attention.

• Verify correct oil type, fluid levels, and related components to ensure vehicles are returned to service properly.

• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize tools and parts to support efficient bay workflow.

• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members while following safety guidelines.

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Akron, OH.

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort working under the hood and at service bays.

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and safe work practices.

• Reliable attendance, transportation, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to follow checklists and quality standards consistently.

• Prior experience in oil change, lube, or quick service automotive maintenance.

• Familiarity with light vehicle inspections and routine service documentation.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and attention to detail.

• Experience working in a team-based service environment with productivity goals.

Hourly rate: $16 - $19
