! Midlake Products is looking for a reliable, hands‑on team member to join our metal fabrication operation as a Powder Coating Technician
.

• Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
• Load and unload components on the powder coating line
• Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and color consistency
• Prepare parts for coating, including masking and handling materials
• Inspect finished parts to meet quality and appearance standards
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and team‑oriented
• Experience in powder coating, painting, or manufacturing preferred (we will train the right candidate)
• Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift

• 4‑day work week - every Friday off
