What You’ll Do- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents with dementia
- Support a structured, calm, and safe environment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) in good standing
- Experience in long‑term care or memory care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and a team‑first mindset
